We, as the high school students in Turkey, want to expain you the truth beyond the Turkey's Peace Operation In Syria

Turkey's aim in this operation is to protect its own borders, to protect Syria's territorial integrity, rather than unfounded claims made in foreign media. In no period of history has Turkey coveted the territorial integrity of any other state, and the Turkish military has not persecuted any territory on which it has set foot. The purpose of the peacekeeping operation currently being carried out in northern Syria is not to persecute the Syrian people, but to clean the region from terrorists.

Turkey also aims to expel the YPG, the Syrian branch of the PKK, which has been strengthened with the support of the United States on the Turkish-Syrian border, and which has been persecuting the Syrian people and trying to destroy the demographic structure, and to return Syrians to their home countries.

Turkey wants to take complete control of its border: "We have no eyes on anyone's land. This operation is not for invasion purposes,but to eliminate the terrorist threat from Turkey. A country's right to protect its own borders is guaranteed in international law. We take the source of the operation from the right defined in international law."

The refugee issue is not just our problem: "another objective of the operation is to ensure the safe return of Syrian refugees. In this way, there will be relief against the influx of refugees threatening the world and additional measures will be taken to ensure the safe return of refugees in Turkey."

The target is never the Kurds but the PKK, the YPG, the SDF and its ongoing terrorist organizations: "Turkey has accepted asylum seekers from thousands of Kurds in the Syrian Civil War, and most of them are still in the Sanliurfa and Gaziantep region. Turkey's target is not the Kurds, whom it considers as brothers, but  the YPG terrorist organization, a continuation of the PKK, which is a danger to the Kurds and is doing ideological cleansing. Moreover, Turkey has made clear the idea that all Syrian Kurds, except the YPG, should be represented at the Syria settlement meetings. The formation of the new Constitutional Committee is one of the most concrete examples of this."

Syria's territorial integrity will be respected: "Turkey has been expressing the idea that Syria's territorial integrity must be protected from the outset on all international grounds. As much a threat to Turkey as the YPG or SDF is to the territorial integrity of Syria."

The Turkish Nation has set out to protect both the oppressed and the border security with the Peace Operation in Syria. . The Turkish Nation, which has never been fed by human blood, aims to bring peace to the places it goes. We don't care about the negative thoughts the world utters for us. As the Turkish nation, we are always with our glorious and heroic army. We know that the Turkish army will not even unfairly hurt the ant. No matter which page of history we open, you will see the mercy of our army. Justice, compassion and love brought the Turkish military to its feet. You cannot see a single assimilated trace in the roots of our ancestors who reigned over three continents. Don't those who teach us humanity remember the colonial history they owe to their present forces? What have you done for peace?
